Voicemail

If your subscription includes a voicemail service, callers can leave voice messages for
you when you can't answer calls. Your voicemail service number is normally saved on
your SIM card. If not, you can get the number from your service provider and enter it
manually.
To Enter Your Voicemail Number

From the Home screen, tap

Find and tap Settings > Call.

Select a SIM card.

Tap Voicemail > Voicemail settings > Voicemail number.

Enter your voicemail number.

Tap OK.
To Call Your Voicemail Service

Open the dialpad.

Touch and hold 1, then select a SIM card.
The first time you call your voicemail number, your service provider's voicemail system
normally prompts you to set up your voicemail. For example, you may be asked to record a
greeting and set a password.

Emergency calls

Your device supports international emergency numbers, for example, 112 or 911. You
can normally use these numbers to make emergency calls in any country, with or without
a SIM card inserted if you are within range of a network.
To make an emergency call

Open the dialpad.

Enter the emergency number, then select a SIM card.
You can make emergency calls even when no SIM card is inserted or when all outgoing calls
are blocked.
To Make an Emergency Call while the SIM Card Is Locked

Tap Emergency call.

Enter the emergency number and tap
To make an emergency call while the screen is locked

From the lock screen, drag the phone icon

If the active screen lock type is Swipe, tap
emergency number and select a SIM card.

If your screen is locked with a pattern, PIN or password, tap Emergency call, then
enter the emergency number and tap
