Communication Settings
Configure communication settings such as the mail
server, authentication, and encryption settings in order to
send scanned documents via e-mail and I-fax.

The storage of the machine contains a shared space
called the "Advanced Box." By using the Advanced Box,
you can easily share files with computers and other Canon
multifunction printers without the need for a server.

Connecting with Other Devices

You can register a Windows server or the Advanced Box
of another Canon multifunction printer as a connection
destination. This enables you to use the machine to print
data that is on the connection destination. You can also
use the connection destination to obtain data from the
Advanced Box of the machine.
