Acer Touch WakeApp
Touch WakeApp is a convenient application that allows you to easily wake up your tablet
from sleep mode and launch a defined app, using simple gestures.
5-finger gesture
Enable Touch WakeApp Gestures
1. Pull down the notification area from the right corner.
- Alternatively, you may also tap Apps > Settings.
2. Tap the Touch WakeApp icon to bring up Gesture Configure.
3. Slide ON to enable your desired item.
4. Tap and hold the item you have enabled to open a list of apps that can be automatically
launched after the tablet is woken up.
Note: Only portrait mode is supported when using the 2-thumb gesture. Hold the tablet with
both thumbs near the edge of the screen to wake your tablet.
5. Select your app and tap OK.
Note: If there are multiple user accounts on your tablet, the Application Shortcuts function
will only be available on the Administrator account. All other users will only be able to wake
up the system to the Home screen.
