SERVICE AND ADJUSTMENTS
WARNING: TO AVOID SERIOUS INJURY, BEFORE PERFORMING ANY SER VICE OR
ADJUSTMENTS:
1. Depress clutch/brake pedal fully and set parking brake.
2. Place motion control lever in neutral position.
3. Place attachment clutch in "DISENGAGED" position.
4. Shut engine off and lock the SmartSwitch Ignition.
5. Make sure the blades and all moving parts have completely stopped.
6. Disconnect spark plug wire from spark plug and place wire where it cannot come
in contact with plug.
TO REMOVE MOWER
1. Place attachment clutch in "DIS EN-
GAGED" position.
2. Lower attachment lift lever to its lowest
position.
3. Disengage belt tension rod (K) from lock
bracket (L).
CAUTION: Belt tension rod is spring
loaded. Have a tight grip on rod and release
slowly.
4. Remove mower belt from electric clutch
pulley (M).
5. Disconnect front link (E) from mower:
remove retainer spring and washer.
6. Go to either side of mower and discon-
nect mower suspension arm (A) from
chassis and rear lift link (C) from rear
mower bracket (D) - remove retainer
springs and washers.

7. Go to other side of mower and disconnect
the suspension arm and rear lift link.
CAUTION: After rear lift links are discon-
nected, the attachment lift lever will be spring
loaded. Have a tight grip on lift lever when
changing position of the lever.
8. From right side of mower, disconnect
anti-sway bar (S) from right rear mower
bracket (D) - remove retainer spring and
washer and pull mower toward you until
the bar falls from the hole in bracket.
9. Turn tractor steering wheel to the left as
far as it will go.
10. Slide mower out from under right side of
tractor.

section of this manual.

el freno de estacionamiento está desconectado.

CESORIO - Se usa para enganchar las cuchillas
segadoras o los demás ac ce so rios montados en
su tractor.

CUCHILLAS - Indica una falla de arranque
cuando el interruptor del embrague del accesorio
está activado.

(G)* SISTEMA DE FUNCIONAMIENTO EN
REVERSA (ROS) - Permite la operación de
la plataforma de la cortadora de césped o de
otro accesorio eléctrico mientras se conduce
en reversa.
(H)* BOTÓN DE FAROS DELANTEROS -
Enciende y apaga los faros delanteros.
(I)* BOTÓN INDICADOR DE LA BATERÍA - Se
utiliza para indicar el voltaje bajo de la batería o
una falla del sistema de carga.
(J) PALANCA DE MANDO CRUCERO - Se utiliza
para fijar el movimiento hacia adelante del tractor
a la velocidad deseada sin apretar el pedal de
marcha atrás.
(K) PEDAL DE MARCHA ADELANTE - Se utiliza
para el movimiento del tractor hacia adelante.
(L) PEDAL DE MARCHA ATRÁS - Se utiliza para
el movimiento del tractor hacia atrás.
(M) CONTROL DE RUEDA LIBRE - Desengan-
cha la trans-misión para empujar o arrastrar.
(P) DISPOSITIVO DE AVISO DE SERVICIO/
CRONÓMETRO - Indica cuándo hay que hacer-
les el servicio al motor y a la cortadora.
