PRECAUTIONS DURING INSTALLATION

• To prevent vibration and noise, check the foundation is solid and
level before installation.
• As shown in the following figure, firmly secure the unit to a
stable base using anchor bolts.
(Prepare four sets of M12 foundation bolts, nuts and washers
each which are available on the market.)
• The foundation bolts should be inserted 20 mm.

• Use the drain pipe to drain the water off.
• In the cold areas, drain the water off the outdoor unit freely.
(If using the drain pipe, the drained water will freeze on the
foundation and adversely affect the heating effect.)
1. Insert the water drain pan (C) into the 4 projections of the
drain socket (A) and drain cover (B) respectively.

2. Insert the drain socket and the drain cover into the outlets
correspondingly and respectively (insert the drain socket (A)
into water outlet and drain cover (B) into water outlet
and ), then turn them clockwise for 40° around.

Note
Check if the water drain pan (C) has been clasped to the
projections of the drain socket (A) and drain cover (B) reliably.
Being clasped improperly may lead to water leakage.

3. Connect the commercially-sold polyethylene tube
(inner diameter 25mm) to the drain socket (A).
(If the tube is so long that it nearly hangs down, secure it
properly to prevent the tube from being twisted or bent.)
4. Check there is no water leakage from water outlets ,
and .
Note
If the water outlet is covered by the hanging bracket or floor,
block up the air conditioner and keep an interspace over
100m under the outdoor unit's footing.
