    HARDWARE IDENTIFICATION CHART This chart is provided to help identify the hardware used in the assembly process. Place the washers or the ends of the bolts or screws on the circles to check for the correct diameter. Use the small scale to check the length of the bolts and screws.

    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and position them on the floor in front of you. Remove all packing materials from your area and place them back into the box. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed.
  • Page 8 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 2 Bolt the LEFT UPRIGHT(4), RIGHT UPRIGHT(5), and CROSS BAR(3) together with BUTTON HEAD BOLTS(M10x1.5x25mm)(12) and ARC WASHERS(M10)(13). STEP 3 Attach the LEFT and RIGHT UPRIGHTS(4, 5) to the LEFT and RIGHT BASES(1, 2) with BUTTON HEAD BOLTS(M10x1.5x25mm)(12) and ARC WASHERS(M10)(13).
  • Page 9 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 4 Insert an UPPER UPRIGHT(7) onto the LEFT UPRIGHT(4). Bolt the UPPER UPRIGHT(7), LEFT UPRIGHT(4), CURVED DIP BAR(19), and SUPPORT PLATE(9) together with BUTTON HEAD BOLTS (M10x1.5x25mm)(12) and ARC WASHERS(M10)(13). Repeat on right side. STEP 5 Attach the PULL-UP BAR(8) to both the UPPER UPRIGHTS(7) with BUTTON HEAD BOLTS (M10x1.5x55mm)(11) and ARC WASHERS(M10)(13).

    SET UP INSTRUCTIONS Place the STAMINA® Outdoor Power Tower in the area where it will be used. Refer to the illustration below. It is recommended to secure the STAMINA® Outdoor Power Tower with bolts or anchors on a hard, level surface. Of course other fasteners could be used as well depending on the type of surface the STAMINA®...

    5. Only Stamina Products supplied components shall be used to maintain/repair the STAMINA® Outdoor Power Tower. 6. Keep your STAMINA® Outdoor Power Tower clean by wiping it off with an absorbent cloth after use. Periodically check tubes for water or rust and clean as needed.

    CONDITIONING GUIDELINES How you begin your exercise program depends on your physical condition. If you have been inactive for several years or are severely overweight, start slowly and increase your workout time gradually. Increase your workout intensity gradually by monitoring your heart rate while you exercise. Remember to follow these essentials: Have your doctor review your training and diet programs.

    WARM-UP and COOL-DOWN Warm-Up The purpose of warming up is to prepare your body for exercise and to minimize injuries. Warm up for two to five minutes before strength training or aerobic exercising. Perform activities that raise your heart rate and warm the working muscles. Activities may include brisk walking, jogging, jumping jacks, jump rope, and running in place.
