Button Functions Power Button -Press to power on the camcorder. -Press and hold to power o the camcorder. Mode Button -Press to switch between camera modes. Inserting a Memory Card Before powering on your camcorder, insert a Micro SD memory card into the memory card slot. A Micro SD memory card is required in order to store recorded photos and videos. To ensure smooth performance, it is recommended to use a memory card rated class 10 or above, with a capacity between 16-128GB.
Opening and Closing the Battery Cover To Open the Battery Cover 1.Slide the cover lock downward and hold. 2. While holding the cover lock down, push the battery cover to the right. 3. Lift the cover slowly. To Close the Battery Cover 1.
Charging the Battery A rechargeable battery is included with your camcorder. Open the battery cover and insert battery into the battery slot. The battery should slide securely in place. Plug the Micro USB Charging Cable into the USB port. Then attach the other end of the cable to a computer or an AV adapter.
Powering On & Off Powering On To power on your camcorder, press the Power button. Powering Off Press and hold the Power button to power off your camcorder. When Powering on, the BUSY light indicator will emit a red light. NOTES: 1.
Switching Modes Selecting a Mode To switch between video, photo, and playback mode, press the Mode/OK button while the camcorder screen is on capture. Each mode will be indicated by their unique screen displays.
Video Mode/Recording Videos After powering on your camcorder, press the Mode/OK button on the side of your camcorder to switch between modes. Video mode will be indicated by the features on the display screen. Recording a Video To record a video, press the Shutter button on your camcorder to start recording a video.
Photo Mode/Taking Photos After powering on your camcorder, press the Mode/OK button on the side of your camcorder to switch between modes. Photo mode will be indicated by the features on the display screen. Taking a Picture To take a picture, press the Shutter button to focus and press down all the way to take the picture.
Playback Mode and Deleting Files To enter playback mode, press the Mode/OK button until you see playback mode display screen. Once in playback mode, use the Up & Down buttons to toggle through videos or photos. Press the Shutter button on your camcorder to play or pause videos.

Connecting to a Computer 1. Connect one end of the included USB-C cable into the USB port on your camcorder. 2. Connect the other end to an available USB port on your computer. Once connected your camcorder’s battery can be charged or you can transfer files from your camcorder’s memory card to your computer.
Formatting Micro SD Memory Card You may need to format the memory card for the camcorder to be able to recognize it properly. The Micro SD card file system should be formated to FAT/exFAT. To format the memory card, press the Menu button twice (or press Menu button once and use the Zoom/Volume button) to open the Setup menu.
Accessing Menus Each mode has a corresponding menu that is accessed with the Menu button. To change photo or video settings, the correspond- ing mode must be running. To access photo settings, photo mode must be on. To access video settings, video mode must be on. The two menu categories are labeled as Photo/Video and Setup.
