4. Re-tighten the three T-20 screws, then close the door to test
operation.
5. Inspect and repeat steps 1-5 as necessary.

Replacing the Hinge Assembly

The complete hinge assembly includes the upper and lower hinges
affixed to a bracket. The hinges and bracket are not offered
separately.

1. Remove the door as described in the Removing and Reinstalling
the Door section.

2. Remove the three screws along the bottom of the door assembly
and two screws from each side of the door liner which secure the
door liner to the outer door assembly; lift the liner away from the
door.
3. Remove the two pieces of insulation.
4. Remove the two screws securing the right and left side door
shields.
5. Lift the framed glass pack assembly out.
6. Grasp the right and left middle glass side brackets at the bottom
corners, then carefully lift the glass upward, sliding it out toward
the bottom of the door.

7. Rotate the hinges inward and remove the two screws on the
handle side of the door which secure the handle to the door frame
assembly; lift the door frame assembly out (the hinge assembly
will be attached to this part).
8. Remove the screws securing the hinge assembly to the door
frame assembly.
9. Install the new hinge assembly.
10. Reassemble the door.
11. Reinstall the door as described in the Removing and Reinstalling
the Door section.
12. Test the operation of the door. If necessary, follow the steps
described in the Aligning the Door section.
