Errors
If a C or B icon appears in the display or if the camera and fi le
transmitter cannot connect, select INFORMATION > ERROR DE-
SCRIPTION in the network/USB setting menu to view the error
and then take the appropriate action.

The root certifi cate has expired: After confi rming that the
camera clock is set to the correct time and date, load an
updated CA root certifi cate.

The Frame.io server may be down: Check that the Frame.
io server is up.

The camera clock is not set to the correct time and date: Set the
camera clock.

Turn the camera off and then on again.

Contact the network administrator.
