Regarding the equipment that are connectable to the Ethernet Home Network:

AVR-4306/AVC-4320, CHR-F103, AVR-5805/AVC-A1XVupgrade, AVR-4806/AVC-A11XVupgrade
1. Our company's models that is conformable to the Ethernet Home Network. (hereinafter "Main Unit")
1) AVR-4306/AVC-4320, CHR-F103
2) AVR-5805 (upgraded)/AVC-A1XV (upgraded), AVR-4806 (upgraded)/AVC-A11XV (upgraded)
2. The environment condition to be used for a PC (Personal Computer) Music Server and Web Control
requires preparation of the following necessary conditions described in the Operation Manual.

2) The Specification of the Broadband Router
Usually, Broadband Router that consists of the following three functions is mainly used.

When connecting to the Internet, it is necessary to make a contract with ISP (Internet Service
Provider) or Broadband lines, etc.
c. DHCP server:
the network devices connected onto the LAN. AV Receiver/Amplifier communicates with the
DHCP server when the Power Supply was turned on, and is capable of obtaining the IP address
automatically.

4. Notes
The network function of the main unit has been designed on the assumption that it is connected to the
home network. In Networks, such as companies, schools, and public facilities, the administrator is
usually controlling the restriction of connection for the purpose of security. In the above case, Internet
Radio may not be connected or a music server function may not be available.
These restrictions are not solvable other than the network administrator of relevance. Therefore,
please consult with the network administrator of relevance.
