Explanation/Solution
Make sure MediaFlair is powered ON and the Wi-Fi

Make sure you have selected "MediaFlair" from your
iOS/Android device's wireless network list. If you
leave MediaFlair's wireless range, your iOS/Android
device will disconnect from MediaFlair, and you must
reconnect to the network.
Make sure that the file format is supported by
MediaFlair (see Specifications section for details).
Make sure you have set your e-mail account on your
iOS/Android device.
Make sure MediaFlair is powered OFF.
Make sure you have followed the instructions for
using Bridge Mode (see the Settings section for
details).
Make sure you have entered the correct password.
You must insert the SD card before powering on
MediaFlair
Make sure the SD card is not locked.
Press and hold the MediaFlair device's reset button
for 7 seconds. This will restore MediaFlair to its
original factory settings. Data stored on your SD card
will not be deleted.
