SERVICE PROCEDURE

CHANGE OIL IN FINAL DRIVE CASE

The oil is at high temperature immediately after the machine has been operated. Wait for the oil to cool
down before starting the operation.
Container to catch drained oil: Min. 27 liters capacity
Refill capacity:
D61EX: (each) 24 liters (6.34US gal)
D61PX: (each) 27 liters (7.13US gal)
1. Remove oil level plug(1) , then remove drain plugs(2),
and drain the oil. After draining the oil, tighten the plugs.
2. Add engine oil to the specified level through the hole in oil
level plug(1).
3. Check that the oil is at the specified level.

CLEAN BREATHER

1. Remove the rear cover.
2. Remove the breather and wash out dust remaining inside with diesel oil and flushing oil.
