3.3 Setting Power Supply Voltage of Target Interface

In the IE system, emulation is possible with a voltage of the same level as the power supply voltage of the target
system.
When the target system is not connected, the IE system automatically operates with the emulator's internal power
supply (3.9 V). When debugging with a voltage that is the same level as that of the target system, supply the same
voltage (2.7 to 3.6 V: same as that of the device) as that of the target system to the V
