manual is to assist you in operating and maintaining your lawn
& garden trailer sprayer.

Assembly Instructions
Make sure the contents of the sprayers carton match the
items shown on page 2 of the manual.
Follow the steps on pages 3, 4, 5 & 6 to properly assemble
the sprayer.

  • Page 3 Step 1 Your tank comes already mounted to the main frame and pre- assembled with the pump, manifold, bypass, intake assembly, lid, handgun, handgun hose amd handgun hose quick connect already attached. Assembling the tongue to the frame. Locate the (2) bent clevis Detail A pins from the parts bag.
  • Page 4 Step 4 Step 5 Install the pressure gauge. Hand tighten securely. • A phillips head screwdriver is required for this step ** DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN ** Locate the (4) #10 x 1/2” screws, (2) hose wraps and (2) rubber grommets. Insert the rubber grommets into the hose wraps.
  • Page 5 End Nozzle Assembly Procedure For Boomless “Wet”Boom Your boom will come with the (2) end nozzle assemblies NOT affixed to your boom tube. Follow the instructions below to attach these properly to the boom tube, as shown. Assembled End Nozzle Item 2 is shipped inside of Step 7 the end nozzle assembly.
  • Page 6 Step 8 Attach the boom to the boom mount brackets with the (2) u-bolts and (4) whiz locknuts. Make sure the u-bolts are positioned within the grooves of the grommets on the boom tube NOTE: The purpose of these grommets is to prevent metal-to-metal contact between the u-bolts, boom tube and boom mounting brackets.

    IMPORTANT: Remove tank lid and be sure the tank is clean and free of Manifold Valves CLOSED any foreign material. Rinse tank out of any tank residue before filling with water to test. Testing the Sprayer NOTE: It is VERY important for you to test your sprayer with plain water before actual spraying is attempted.
