of purchase against workmanship and defects in material. If under
normal use, your product fails to operate, please contact our customer
service department at info@stareliteinc.com. A refund or replacement
will be provided to you with proof of purchase. Star Elite Inc. may deny
claims of damage caused by misuse or modifications of this product.

Solution
1. Make sure the power source is
working and the plug fits securely
into the outlet.
2. Press the power button on either the
control panel or remote control. A
red indicator light will confirm the
unit is ON.
3. Allow the motor to cool at least 30
minutes between uses.

kneading contact.
2. Select a different intensity level. We
recommend starting with LOW and
increasing the intensity to MEDIUM
or HIGH to match your comfort level.

maximum heating area.
