12. Adjusting the tones

Incoming call alert (Menu 9-1)

You can select how the phone notifies you of an incoming call.
Available options are: Ringing, Ascending,
Off.
Note: When the tones are set to Off, no phone tones are
heard, the
answer' function does not work.

Ringing tone (Menu 9-2)

You can select which ringing tone is heard when you receive a call.

Received tone is the tone that you have received from some other
phone.
Own tone is the tone that you have created by using the Composer
function (Menu 9-3).
Each phone line can have its own ringing tone. See also 'Phone line
in use' on page 51.
