[3] -1. Blade complete and Front handle (cont.)
ASSEMBLING
Take the disassembling step in reverse.
Note: Be sure to set Flat washer 8 and two Spindle sleeves in place. (Figs. 7 and 8)
Align the convex of Switch lever B with the depressions of L/R Housing set on the vertical lines, (Fig. 9) and then
fit their convex into their protrusions by enlarging Front grip portion carefully and shifting it. (Fig. 10)

DISASSEMBLING
1) Remove Blade complete, two Spindle sleeves, Flat washer 8 and Bush. (Refer to pervious page.)
2) Remove Gear and Spindle as an assembled part, and then remove Flat washer 8 between Gear and Bearing box complete.
(Fig. 11)
The assembled part can be disassembled as illustrated in Fig. 12 using 1R034 and arbor press.

ASSEMBLING

Note: Be sure to pass Flat washer 8 through Spindle between Gear and Bearing box complete. (Figs. 11)
Spindle and Gear are directional. Refer to Figs. 13 and 14.
