NEC DISPLAY SOLUTIONS INTRODUCES AFFORDABLE NEW LINE OF
New AccuSync Multimedia Series Delivers Feature-Rich Affordability,
CHICAGO – September 6, 2007 – NEC Display Solutions of America, a leading stand-alone provider of
LCD desktop and large-screen LCDs, plasma displays and projectors, today introduced a new line of
affordable, feature-rich LCD displays. The new AccuSync Multimedia Series combines intelligent design
with innovative display technology for performance-minded residential customers.
By incorporating key features, such as a built-in HD Tuner and comprehensive input panels, the
AccuSync Multimedia displays bring new value to the entry level LCD display market. With a detachable
TruSurround XT sound system and 5000:1 contrast ratio, the AccuSync Multimedia does not sacrifice
performance to get there. The Series also uses progressive scan technology, which produces more
image detail and better picture quality. The AccuSync Multimedia display family includes the 32-inch
PV32, the 40-inch PV40 and the 46-inch PV46.

With the detachable two-way TruSurround XT sound system, which includes an industry-leading 50-watt
speaker system (25W x 2) on the AccuSync PV46, the AccuSync Multimedia Series is an ideal solution
for light- to medium-duty digital signage and information display applications.
The integrated HD tuner allows for crisp, clear and free over-the-air HD content, making the AccuSync
Multimedia Series a perfect component for the residential market. A sleek, contemporary design – in
addition to an input panel that includes HDMI, DVI with HDCP – adds both style and versatility to any
room or any peripheral. The new displays also include RF input for direct cable connectivity.
