Troubleshooting
If you are still experiencing signal dropouts or
dead zones, please follow the steps below.
1. Check to make sure your outlet has power.
2. Ensure the power adapter is plugged
securely into the wall and the other end is
securely in the antenna booster.
3. Make sure the coaxial cable is twisted all the
way onto the booster and onto your wireless
receiver. The TNC connectors are threated and
twist around several times before it is fastened
all the way. The BNC connectors line the pegs
up with the groove and twist a quarter turn and
snap in.
4. Make sure the antenna is also fastened all
the way onto the booster.
5. Try to relocate the antenna and test again.
You want to have clear line of sight between
the antenna and the transmitters.
Please note that the Boost amplifies the range
and sensitivity of the receiver, so if it is in an
area with heavy RF traffic, it may or may not
solve issues caused by RF interference or RF
noise from outside sources.
