Select To to add a recipient. Enter the recipient's
number or start entering their name to show
Address Book matches.

Scroll to the Compose fi eld and press the keyboard
keys to enter text on the page.

When you receive a new sms, your device plays
an alert. Also, you will see a visual "balloon" notifi cation
move across the title bar and then the sms indicator
is displayed.
