When you start Voice control function, sound level of the TV becomes low.

Voice control function may not work properly in the following conditions:

– Not pronouncing words clearly and correctly
– Speaking too loudly or too quietly
– Surrounded by loud background noise
Phrases other than voice command may not be recognized.

It is recommended that you speak within about 6 inches (15 cm) of the

integrated microphone when using Voice control function.
Voice control function may not work properly depending on the

microphone of the smartphone.
