Battery charging

Charging

Charge the case using USB cable.
LED is blinking during charging and Built in microphone turns to solid when topped up. Charge the earbuds by putting them to the charging case. LED on earbud glows solid red when charging and turns white for 60s once topped up.

Switching ON/OFF

Switching ON: Insert both earbuds into the charging case to activate them.

Take out the earbuds from the case and they will power on automatically OR
Press the central button for 2 second. Switching OFF: Press the central button for more than 3 seconds.

Reset to factory settings

Unpair the earbuds in Bluetooth settings.
Put the earbuds in the charging case, press both buttons for 10 seconds until the LED flashes red/white 3 times.
Pair the earbuds in Bluetooth settings as described in "Pairing" section.

Pairing

Take the earbuds out of the case and they will auto power on. Then the earbuds will auto enter the pairing mode when the LED is on.

Go to Bluetooth settings of your Bluetooth^® audio device and select Canyon BT headset. If the device requests a password, enter 0000

Music playing

Select a track, style or an artist on your phone, tablet or other Bluetooth^® audio devices.

Play / pause: press the central button. Skip track: double press the central button on the right (next) or left (previous) earbud.

Voice assistant: hold the central button for 1 second from the standby.

Hands-free mode

Answer / end a call: short press on the central button.

Decline a call: hold the central button for 1 second.

Switch Audio output between smartphone/headset: when talking hold the central button for 1 second.

Mute on/off: when talking double press the central button.

Troubleshooting

Remedy:

The headset cannot connect

Ensure that the earbuds are charged. Ensure that the devices are connected and the Bluetooth function in your device is ON. Switch the earbuds off and then switch them on again. Ensure that the headset is specified as a sound output device. Reset to factory settings and reconnect.
