Using the Dell Screen-Drop feature

The Dell's Screen-Drop* feature provides additional reachability options for end users. When annotating on a Microsoft
Whiteboard session, the toolbar is at the top and cannot be moved. This feature works in a Microsoft Teams Room meeting on
the Dell Interactive Monitor but should be used primarily for white-boarding sessions.
1. Locate the three virtual buttons found halfway up the screen on both sides of the Interactive Monitor.
NOTE: The buttons can be identified by an ellipsis on the edge of either sides of the Interactive Monitor.
2. Select the three virtual buttons to lower the on-screen image by 1/3, 1/2, or 2/3.

Local content sharing

Users can attach their laptop to the Logitech Tap via an HDMI cable to share local content with remote attendees.
1. Attach the HDMI cable from the Tap to your laptop.
