Functional Description

This section describes the functions provided by the expansion terminal block board.
There are two models of this expansion terminal block board, and a total of seven versions. See table 1 on
page V for a listing of the functions provided by each version.

The inverter operating frequency can be set from a pulse signal input.
Application Examples
1.
Using this function in combination with the pulse output pin (FP) on another inverter, multiple inverters
can be operated in proportional control operating mode with a high output frequency precision (better
than 0.1%).
2.
The inverter output frequency can be controlled to be proportional to the frequency of a pulse output
signal from a pulse generator.
3.
When using a pulse generator, support for forward and reverse operation can be provided by inputting
two phases and providing a 90° phase difference between the A and B phases.
