ZV-600C Center Vise User's Manual
This is a center vise for the EGX-600/400. It can be used to secure in place rectangular plate material and round workpieces such
as medallions. To be made usable, it must be installed on the T-slot table of the EGX-600/400.

Remove the guide at the front of the T-slot table.
2.
Pass the clamp bolts included with the EGX-600/400
through the T slots.
The vise can be installed on either the left or the right of the T-slot table.
3.
Place the vise on the T-slot table as you pass the bolts
through, then use the nuts included with the EGX-600/400
to tighten provisionally.

Examples of Clamp-plate Use
You can reorient or detach the clamp plate to match the workpiece being clamped.

After you have positioned the vise, tighten the nuts
completely.

To position the vise, attach the guide and butt the vise flush against
the guide. This makes it easy to position.
