1. Turn the Power Control (1) dial to M.Low .
2. Turn the Defrost (kg) (2) dial to the desired weight of defrost
food as stated in the food cooking guide.
3. The microwave oven will automatically start the defrosting.
4. The microwave will sound once the defrosting is completed.
