USE & OPERATION (CONTINUED)
REFILLING, CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
NOTE: Check the water level in the tank before running the COOL function. Make
sure that the water in the tank is above the minimum water level mark.
To Refill:
1.
Slide upwards to remove the detachable water tank (see Fig. 1)
2.
Hold tank upright with the cap on top.
3.
Twist to remove the cap and fill with fresh, clean water.
4.
Replace and tighten the cap.
5.
Replace tank back onto the air cooler by sliding downwards and positioning the cap
back onto its base (see Fig. 2).
NOTE: When replacing the tank, please make sure the tank aligns with left and right
edges of the air cooler,.
WARNING: Do not fill water tank with dirty water or salt water. This can damage the
unit and Honeycomb media.
• Once a week, empty the water tank and refill with fresh water to reduce mineral
deposits and help extend the life of the honeycomb cooling media.
• Remove and clean the honeycomb regularly to maintain optimum cooling
efficiency (see Fig. 3)
END OF SEASON STORAGE
• When storing away at the end of a season, make sure all parts are dry by running the cooler on Fan Only mode for about 1
to 2 hours before storing (time depends on ambient humidity conditions).
• When all parts are dry, store unit at room temperature in a dry location, away from direct sunlight.
