All HDSL alarms in the PG-Plus application are suppressed when initially installed and powered up. Any alarms
that are generated during this process are suppressed. When the HDSL circuit is synchronized and the DICOLU
and RT margin has cleared; outstanding alarms that have been suppressed are made active and reported to the PAU
or the PMU, based upon their provisioned types.
Table 3 describes the LEDs on the DICOLU front panel. If you have installed two RTs then both LED columns
light in the manner described.
