You should wait for the camera to finish loading. After you log on to the Skype
application, check the operation of the camera by trying to turn it on and off using
the blue (D) button.
Check that the USB cable is correctly connected. If the problem persists,
disconnect and reconnect the USB cable.
If the problem still persists, the problem is with the hardware of the MoIP camera.
Contact ISS, the manufacturer of the camera, and exchange the camera for a new
one.

The MoIP camera is designed to connect to a TV via a magnet. To connect the
camera, bring the inside of the body of the MoIP camera into contact with the upper
area on the rear of the TV.
You should see a ring below the camera lens. Turn the ring to adjust the focus.
Go to Menu and Network, and run a network test. Alternatively, check that you can
log on to Skype using a PC.
This problem can be caused by a poor connection with your AP when using a
wireless network. The condition of the connected network the remote party is using
can also affect the picture quality.
Only a Skype-certified camera that is compatible with a Samsung TV is applicable.
You need to recharge your credit at www.skype.com in order to call a regular
phone.
To send a voice mail, the corresponding receiver's account and your account used
to log on must be registered to the voice mail service.
You can register to the service at www.skype.com.
Go to the settings menu and check if the caller is in the list of blocked users.
Select Tools from the History tab and block the caller.
Upgrade your Skype application on the PC to the latest version.
Close any other currently running applications.
You can log in without entering a password. At the bottom of the log-in screen, you
should see two options: Auto log-in and Auto start on boot-up. Select Auto log-in.
Go to Settings and Call Forwarding, set Forward to ON and enter the
corresponding phone number.
