For simple microwave cooking, please follow the steps below.
For instance: If you want to use 60% microwave power to cook for 5 minutes.
1. Press the Time Cook button. The LED
display will show "00:00"
2. Press the Numeric (0-9) buttons to enter the
cooking time. For example, enter the cooking
time by pressing "5", "0", "0".
3. Press the Power button once and the LED
display will show "PL10".
4. Press the Numeric (0-9) buttons to enter the
microwave power level. (Power level settings
are shown in the table below.) For example,
enter the power level by pressing "6".
When the kitchen timer is running,
programmes cannot be set.
5. Press the START/+30SEC. button to confirm
and start cooking.
6. While the microwave is in use, press the
Power button and then press the Numeric
(0-9) buttons to change the microwave power
level. The microwave will work with the
selected power for the remaining time.
7. Press the STOP/Cancel button to pause
the cooking. Press the STOP/Cancel button
again to cancel the setting.

When 0% is selected, no microwave
power will be present. This setting is
for deodorising purposes only.
• When removing food from the
microwave, please ensure that the
microwave has stopped.
• Operating the microwave without
food in it can result in overheating
and damaging the magnetron.
