Interior -hard water deposits may be removed,
needed, using arecommended cleaner labeled wash¬
e r s a f e .
Lint Filter -it is self-cleaning and requires no mainte¬
nance. The fdter is located under the agitator on the
bottom of the washtub. During the wash and rinse
portion of the
cycle, lint is col¬

Turn off the water faucets after finishing the day's wash¬
ing. This will shut off the water supply to the washer
and prevent the unlikely possibility of damage from
escaping water.
Use asoft cloth to wipe up all detergent, bleach or other
spills as they occur.
Clean the following as recommended:
Control Panel -clean with asoft, damp cloth and glass
cleaner. Do not use abrasive powders or cleaning
pads.
Cabinet -clean with soap and water followed with an
appliance wax, if desired.

Washers can be damaged if water is not removed from
hoses and internal components before storage. Prepare
the washer for storage as follows:
●Select the NORMAL cycle for regular fabrics and add
one cup of chlorine bleach or white vinegar to afull
l o a d o f w a t e r w i t h o u t c l o t h e s . R u n t h e w a s h e r
through acomplete cycle.
● T u r n t h e w a t e r f a u c e t s o f f a n d d i s c o n n e c t t h e i n l e t
h o s e s .
Advance the cycle control knob to Spin and lower the
drain hose to eliminate any water that may be in the
d r a i n h o s e .
Disconnect the washer from the electrical supply ai^b^
leave the washer lid open to let air circulate inside the
t u b .
