Installation
Be s ure to ha ve it installed by in stallation staff of the af ter se rvice
depa rtme nt, or the a ppoin ted staff. I t adop ts wall-mo untin g inst allati on.
Make four hole s with diam eter of 12 mm and de pth 65mm with churn drill
on th e wa ll as p er th e inst allati on dimensi on drawing . Inse rt th e bolt s into
the holes. Then lift the water he ater, set th e wal l-mounting rack on th e bolt .
Set t he gasket and fasten the nut. In stall the a ccess ories inclu ding safety
valve etc. as in dicated in Figur e 2. Remember to seal wit h rub ber tape to
avoid wate r lea kage.
To fa cilita te the installatio n and dismantli ng, it is su ggest ed to add G 1/2'
flexible n ut at the suitab le po sition of the w ater inlet and outlet pipe
sepa rately. Confirm the p ositio n nee ding water supp ly. Connec t the water
inlet /outle t pip e and tap w ater p ipe t o the positi on re specti vely.
The hot water p ipe shall not be too long to reduc e the heat losses.
Please res erve some space in in stalla tion f or the futu re ma intenance.

The safet y valv e should b e con nect ed to the c old w ater i nlet p ipe. Pleas e
chec k ca refull y if the dir ectio n is c orre ct aft er ins tallation. The c orrec t
dire ction of ins talla tion i s that the arrow head on th e saf ety v alve shoul d
poin t to t he wa ter he ater.
Plea se co nnect the d rain hose to the safe ty va lve. C onne ct one end of th e
hose to the sa fety v alve vent a nd t he oth er en d to the se wage drai n. Th e
hose can be cu t shor t or e xtend ed as nece ssary. The hose shall be installe d
as in cline d dow nwar d.
