If Skype is not already installed on your computer, please visit http://www.skype.com and follow the instructions to install Skype

Verify that Skype is working before installing the Topcom Webt@lker 301.
Before you connect the Webt@cer 301 to your computer, please install the Topcom Software first !!
all the snapped images of installation mentioned in this manual are based on Windows XP. For other windows
operating system, all the procedures are the same but the screens are not exactly the same.
• Please insert the provided CD into your CD-ROM drive.
• The autorun screen will start.
