In case a measurement is outside of the limits specified, there is a possibility of a shock hazard, and the equipment should be repaired and rechecked before it is returned to the customer.

  • Page 7 6.2.1. Removal of the Subwoofer and Power Amp Unit Step 1: Remove all the screws. Step 2: Remove the stand base. Step 3: Remove all the screws from the bottom of the speaker unit. Step 4: Remove all the screws from the rear panel’s speaker unit guide.
  • Page 8 Step 5: Remove the screws from the subwoofer. Step 6: Remove the 2 screws from the Power Amp unit. Step 7: Pull out the Power Amp unit as arrow shown. (Note: Be careful of the attach wire at CN506). Step 8: Disconnect the connector CN506.
  • Page 9 6.2.2. Checking for the major PCBs - Follow Steps 1 to 8 described in Item 8.2.1. Steps 9 & 10: Remove 7 screws from the rear panel. Step 11: Release the connector CN507 and remove the rear panel. Step 12: Remove the screws.

Replacement of the Power IC and Transistor - Follow Steps 1 to 8 described in Item 8.2.1. - Follow Steps 9 to 17 described in Item 8.2.2. Step 1: Desolder the Power IC terminal and Transistor terminal.

  • Page 13 6.4. Assembly of the Power Amp Unit Step 1: Open the magnet case and place the speaker cable as shown. Step 2: Close the magnet case. Step 3: Use the himelon for wrapping.
  • Page 14 Step 4: Use binding wire to fix the speaker cable and motor cable. The position should be higher than Cement (White) register. Step 5: Lower the magnet to the binding wire and use another binding wire to fix the magnet with motor cable and speaker cable.
