4. PC mode display adjustment
4.1 Display quality adjustment
Use timing mode as describe in 2.2, and use the POPO (pixel on
pixel off) pattern to adjust the clock until no stripe and adjust the
phase until clear picture.(AUTO ADJUST hot key: press Volume –
and Volume + keys together for 1 second.)Check all preset 4
modes.
4.2 White-D adjustment (B)
4.2.1 At factory mode apply 1024 X 768 /60Hz mode with 64 gray
pattern.Set main controls Brightness at 50% and Contrast to 50%.
Select AUTO-COLOR function for ADC OFFSET and ADC GAIN
setup.
4.2.2 Set smart picture as "NORMAL"
Set SCALER GAIN R G B =
VIDEO SCALER GAIN R G B(alignment done).
The 1931 CIE chromaticity (X, Y) co-ordinates shall be

5. HDTV mode display adjustment
5.1 White balance adjustment (B)
General set-up:
Equipment : Quantum Data Pattern Generator 801GD or 802G.
Apply 1080i, RGBW gray pattern.

6. Preset DVI HDCP key
6.1 Download HDCP Key
The 284 bytes HDCP key should be download to the set via I/F
cable using ATE at factory Alignment tools
6.2 DVI Video HDCP Key Test
Use pattern generator
Equipment: Quantum 802R or 802BT or equivalent equipments.
Pattern : Standard HDCP Pattern (It' s color bar)
Timing : 720 X 480P 60Hz
720 X 576P 50Hz
1280 X 720P 50Hz
1280 X 720P 60Hz
1920 X 1080i 50Hz
1920 X 1080i 60Hz
Result : The PASS information should be shown on the screen.
6.2.2 Use DVD Player:
Equipment: 1.Pioneer (model: DV-S969AVi) or equivalent equipments.
2.DVD disk with "Macro Vision " protection.
Result : The picture should be shown Normally.
