HECK S THE PRINTER DRIVER INSTALLED CORRECTLY
There may be a problem with the printer driver. Uninstall the printer driver
and install it again.
Right-click the My Computer and then select Properties.
Double-click Universal serial bus controller on the Device manager
tab, and then double-click CANON BJC-2100.
Note what is displayed on the General tab.
