INTRODUCTION
Beckett's pan switch reliably detects water in the drain pan and shuts
equipment down before overflow can occur. Single pole, double throw,
single break snap action switch.

This switch model is wired for normally closed operation. This
circuit would be used primarily on low voltage for condensate drain
pan overflow.

These switches are supplied with 18 gage stranded copper
wire. Always check local codes to insure that wire size is adequate for
amperage load.

INSTALACIÓN
TO INSTALL IN A CONDENSATE DRAIN PAN
1. Loosen the two wing screws.
2. Position the switch on the side of the pan.
3. Hold the switch at the desired level and tighten the wing screws by hand.
Do not over tighten.
4. To test the switch after installation, lift the test tab by hand to confirm
operation. Check that the switch will operate before overflow conditions.
Adjust the level of the switch if necessary.
PARA INSTALAR EN UNA BANDEJA DE DRENAIE DE CONDENSADO
1. Afloje los dos tornillos de ala.
2. Coloque el interruptor en el lateral de la bandeja.
3. Sujete el interruptor al nivel deseado y apriete los tornillos de ala de forma
manual. No lo apriete demasiado.
4. Para probar el interruptor después de la instalación, levante la pestaña (lift
tab) de prueba con la mano para confirmar el funcionamiento. Compruebe que el
interruptor funcione antes de las condiciones de desbordamiento. Ajuste el
nivel del interruptor si es necesario.
NOTE: When using the switch as a safety control, connect the leads in series with
the thermostat circuit. In most cases one lead is connected to the "Y" on terminal
block while the other lead is connected to the "Y" on the relay. Thus, the switch will
not allow the unit to operate when condensation nears over-flow. This switch
must be installed only by a licensed contractor.
NOTA: Cuando utilice el interruptor como control de seguridad, conecte los cables
en serie con el circuito del termostato. En la mayoría de los casos, un cable está
conectado al "Y" en el bloque de terminales mientras que el otro cable está
conectado al "Y" en el relé (interruptor). Por lo tanto, el interruptor no permitirá que
la unidad funcione cuando la condensación se acerca al exceso de flujo. Este
