Your VAIO computer is equipped with the VAIO Recovery Wizard, a fast and easy-to-use system recovery utility. This system and application recovery utility enables you to recover preinstalled software programs, recover the operating system, and create a VAIO Recovery Media Kit.

    Use a thin, straight object (such as a paper clip) to press the reset button on the bottom of the computer.
