by the ISP company in the following blanks , then click "finish" , shown as below:

Step 20. After "Reboot" is pressed, it proceeds with the next step.
Those data are assigned from your ISP.
Each setup item of the Modem Advance setting is default setting, and is not
necessary to make change to it for normal operation.
