INSTRUCTIONS
Cut into cubes chicken breast and pick into the skewers add marinated spices and spices
paste, set aside.
To make the spices peanut sauce, place fried peanut, brown sugar, garlic, red chilli in food
processor, process until smooth add salt and lime juice, mix well.
Grill the chicken satay until done, serve with spices peanut sauce.
Place all ingredients and spices paste into a bowl, mix until become a fish dough
Take 1 or 2 tablespoon fish dough, wrap with banana leaf and pick with tooth
pick both a side, grill until done.
Serve the otak – otak with peanut sauce
Stir fry spices paste until done, add the squid cook until squid change the colour
Grill the squid until browning lightly.
Cut the rib eye until more pieces, then soiled rib with pineapple, put in chiller
for 30 – 40 minutes
Sauce
: Mixed all sauce in bowl and stir, then grill rib and sometimes soiled the sauce to
rib eye grill until all done.
Serve hot with white rice
Clean chicken and use fork stab chicken breasts, marinate with half Teriyaki sauce
for 30 minutes.
Arrange marinated chicken on griddle, put in the microwave oven and choose grill
function. During cooking frequent spared with Teriyaki sauce. Cook until turn golden
brown color and well done.
Arrange cooked rice on serving dish, slice Teriyaki chicken to bite size and serve
together with remain Teriyaki sauce and Kimchi.
