The SATA connectors conform to SATA 6Gb/s standard and are compatible with SATA 3Gb/s and SATA
1.5Gb/s standards. Only AHCI and IDE modes are supported. Each SATA connector supports a single
SATA device.

The U.2 connector supports a single U.2 device. When an i7-5820K or i7-6800K CPU is installed, the U.2
connector becomes unavailable.
