Getting started
• W ipe the IR camera with a dry cloth or dry it thoroughly before using it to prevent
condensation on the IR camera.
• H old the device straight, and position the IR camera approximately 15-25 cm from
your eyes.
• H old the device securely to prevent it from shaking, so you can avoid taking
blurred images.

• C onnectivity problems and battery drain may occur in the following situations:
– If you attach metallic stickers on the antenna area of the device
– If you attach a device cover made with metallic material to the device
– If you cover the device's antenna area with your hands or other objects while
using certain features, such as calls or the mobile data connection
• U sing a Samsung-approved screen protector is recommended. Unapproved screen
protectors may cause the sensors to malfunction.
• D o not allow water to contact the touch screen. The touch screen may malfunction
in humid conditions or when exposed to water.
