    Your range may be equipped with any combination of the following burners: Sealed Surface Burner Simmer Burner, this burner is best used for simmering delicate sauces, etc. Models - Setting Standard Burner, can be used for most all surface cooking needs. Large Burner, the larger burner is best used when bringing large quantities of Surface Controls liquid to temperature and when preparing larger quantities of food.

    Before Setting Oven Oven Vent Location The oven vent is located below the backguard. When the oven is on, warm Controls air is released through the vents.   • Page 12 General Cleaning To Clean the Cooktop The cooktop is designed to make cleaning easier. Because the four burners are Sealed Burner Models sealed, cleanups are easy when spillovers are cleaned up immediately. To clean, wipe with a clean, damp cloth and wipe dry. Unlike the standard gas range, THIS COOKTOP IS NOT REMOVABLE.
