assembly

CAuTION: do not attempt to operate this air compressor
without first adding oil to the crankcase. Serious damage will
result from even limited operation unless filled with oil and
broken in correctly. Make sure to closely follow initial start-up
procedures. Compressor oil is provided; on a level surface,
please fill the crankcase to proper level indicated on the sight
glass.
WARNING: Compressors are shipped without oil. a small
amount of oil may be present in the pump upon receipt of the air
compressor. This is due to factory testing and does not mean the
pump contains oil.
CAuTION: Multi-Viscosity motor oils, like 10W 30, should not
be used in an air compressor. They leave carbon deposits on
critical components, thus reducing performance and compressor
life. use air compressor oil only.
1. Place Air Compressor on level surface. Remove Oil
shipping plug from the crankcase.Add Oil until the oil level
rises to the center of the red dot on the Oil Sight Glass.
Install Oil breather Cap into oil hole.
2. Attach the air filter to the top right side of motor head.Screw
air filter into the motor head. dO NOT over tighten.
3. Attach the wheel by sliding the bolt #55 through the wheel #54.
Slide the washer #56 onto the end of the bolt #55. Slide the end
of the bolt #55 through the wheel support hole on the compressor.
Attach the washer #57 and nut #58 onto the bolt #55 and tighten.
Repeat assemble for other wheel.
