Create new profile and specify the following
profile options:

Profile name
Enter a name for the profile.
Sync
Select types of data to be

synchronised.
Set how to synchronise the device
Sync type
and the server.
Enter the web address of the server
Sync server
to be synchronised.
When you are finished, select
Start synchronisation
In Idle mode, open the application list and select

Select a synchronisation profile.
Start sync to start synchronisation.
Select
Save.
