Settings
– Auto capitalise: Set the Gear to automatically capitalise the first character after a final
punctuation mark, such as a full stop, question mark, or exclamation mark.
– Auto spacing: Set the Gear to automatically insert a space between words.
– Auto punctuate: Set the Gear to insert a full stop when you double-tap the space bar.
• K ey-tap feedback:
– Vibration: Set the Gear to vibrate when a key is tapped.
• R eset settings: Reset Samsung keyboard settings.

Power saving

Activate power saving mode to save battery power by limiting the Gear's functions.
• D isplays colours on the screen as grey tones.
• D eactivates features, excluding phone, messages, and notifications.
• D eactivates the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth features.
• L imits the performance of the Gear's CPU.
On the Settings screen, tap Power saving →

To deactivate this mode, tap the battery icon in the centre of the screen and then tap

Gear info

View the Gear's information.
On the Settings screen, tap Gear info.
• A bout device: Access information about the Gear.
• R eport diagnostic and usage info: Set the Gear to automatically send the device's
diagnostic and usage information to Samsung.
• R eset Gear:
– Light reset: Delete data except media files and personal data.
– Factory reset: Reset settings to the factory default values and delete all data.
• D ebugging: Activate or deactivate USB debugging mode when developing apps for the
Gear.
