Press Persian Cook.

Turn DIAL in order to set weight.
Prepare foods with the rotisserie.
Press Persian Cook.
Turn DIAL until display shows "Pc 2".
Turn DIAL in order to set weight.
Clean the work space, before inserting the kebab.
