According to the location and time zone you
select, the unit can have the clock time set
and adjusted automatically through the online
service over the Internet.
•
To check and change current location and time
zone, go to [Settings] > [Location and time
zone].
Manual setting

Turn on the unit, if necessary.

From Home screen, select [Settings] >
[Clock settings] >[Date and time].

In [Date and time], select [Current date
and time] > [Manual].

To enter date and time,
• Press or
location;
• Enter the desired digits by pressing
the numeric buttons;
• Tap on OK to confirm.
• You can also press
repeatedly, or press and hold or
until the desired digit appears.

Setup network

After the first-time setup, you can change how
MCi298 connectsto home network:
• Switch between different connection
methods (wireless or wired,
automatic or manual);
• Switch between different routers.
To do so, do the following:

From Home screen, go to [Settings] >
[Network settings] > [Setup network].

Connect MCi298 as you did in the
first-time setup (see 'Connect to home
network' on page 18).

Location and time zone

After the first-time setup, you can change the
selected location and time zone when moving
to a new location or time zone.
According to the selected location and time
zone, MCi298 can
• Set clock automatically over the
Internet (see 'Date and time' on page
36);
• Pre-load preset Internet radio
stations automatically.
