  • Page 5 CALIFORNIA EMISSION CONTROL WARRANTY STATEMENT YOUR WARRANTY RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS The California Air Resources Board and Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. (herein "FUJI") are pleased to explain the emission control system warranty on your 2001 and later Small Off-Road engine (herein "engine"). In California, the engine must be designed, built and equipped to meet the State's stringent anti-smog standards.
  • Page 6 on Emission Control Systems FUJI warrants to the owner of the 2001 and later engine that the engine (1)has been designed, built and equipped so as to conform at the time of manufacture with the applicable regulations of the California Air Resources Board, and (2) is free from defects in materials and workmanship that could cause it to fail to conform with those regulations as may be applicable in the terms and conditions stated below.
