CHARGING DOCK

The Charging Dock is used for charging the unit with the 120V AC Charger and is a convenient storage space for the spotlight.
It has been designed to either be placed on a flat, stable surface or mounted on a flat wall surface near a functioning AC
outlet.
Mounting the Charging Dock
The Charging Dock can be mounted on a flat wall surface using the included Screws and
Wall Anchors, as follows:
1. Cut out the paper template in the back of the manual and tape it to a flat wall surface
near a functioning AC outlet.
Make sure the location meets the requirements for charging set out in the "Important
Safety Instructions" section at the front of this manual. Align the dots on the paper
template horizontally so that the Charging Dock is mounted level and does not slope.
2. Using a 6mm diameter bit, drill one hole for each of the corner dots on the paper
template to a depth of approximately 30-35mm.
3. Remove the paper template.
4. Install one of the Wall Anchors in each of the holes. Check that the Wall Anchors are
fully and securely inserted into the wall.
5. Make sure the Charging Dock is mounted in the correct direction. Align and screw one
of the Screws into each of the Anchors through the four screw holes in the Charging
Dock. Do not over-tighten.
CAUTION – TO REDUCE THE RISK OF PRODUCT DAMAGE:
• Only use the Charging Dock for mounting the spotlight. The Charging Dock is not intended to support additional weight. Do
not attach anything to or hang anything from the mounted spotlight.
• Make sure the Charging Dock is mounted on a flat, level and stable wall surface, assuring that all screws are tightened
securely and observing all cautions and recommendations regarding mounting found in this manual.
• Only use the Screws and Wall Anchors provided with this unit.

CHARGING/RECHARGING THE SPOTLIGHT

This unit is shipped in a partially charged state. Charge unit after purchase and BEFORE first use using the 120V AC Charger
with the Charging Dock for approximately 4 hours following or until the charge status LED indicator on the Charging Dock
Station lights green. Recharge the unit after each use.
IMPORTANT: When the unit is not in use, we recommend that the battery is charged at least every 3 to 6 months.
CAUTION: TO REDUCE THE RISK OF PROPERTY DAMAGE:
• Make sure the unit is thoroughly dry before charging or recharging. If the unit has been submerged, wipe it dry with a soft
cloth before charging.
• Failure to keep the battery charged will cause permanent damage and result in poor performance.
• Before charging, make sure the DC Charging Terminals, the Touch Sensor at the rear of unit, the DC Charging Connector, and
the Charging Dock Sensor in the Charging Dock are clean, intact and free of debris.
